The working principle of single tank flotation machine is mainly based on the difference of physicochemical properties on the surface of minerals, which makes the target minerals hydrophobic through the addition of pharmaceuticals, and then uses the air bubbles to bring them out of the slurry layer, so as to realize the separation of minerals. Specifically, when the impeller rotates, it generates centrifugal effect to form negative pressure, on the one hand, it inhales sufficient air to mix with the slurry, on the other hand, it agitates the slurry to mix with the medication, and at the same time, it refines the bubbles, so that the minerals will be bonded on top of the bubbles, and then floats to the surface of the slurry and then forms the mineralized bubbles. Adjusting the height of the gate can control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
